• Overseeing and directing construction projects on-site

Candidate Profile:

• Completed training as a Site Supervisor or equivalent qualification in construction
• Prior experience in construction management is preferred
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• Proactive and independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork abilities
