IT Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Purchasing Specialist to join our team at Da Vinci Engineering GmbH.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for IT-related goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related procurement inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with module providers to ensure timely problem-solving and resolution.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and other process documentation to ensure seamless user experience.
- Plan and manage the introduction of new IT systems and improvements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Continuously assess and promote improvements to IT processes, identifying areas for simplification and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of purchasing experience in the Automotive industry, including project and contract management.
- Excellent expertise in MRP systems, with SAP expertise being an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow up until resolution.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and a strong sense of mission and ethics.
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of German language, with Japanese being an advantage.
