Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Director, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent within designated business sectors. Your primary objective will be to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience, ensuring that the identification of high-caliber candidates is prioritized.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive and consistent recruitment service to both the organization and candidates.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from direct sourcing to the successful hiring of top talent.
  • Proactively engage in recruitment activities, utilizing candidate mapping and sharing ongoing market insights.
  • Act as a positive brand ambassador, fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage local preferred agencies to enhance the overall recruitment service.
  • Serve as a talent acquisition expert, advising stakeholders on effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
  • Ensure a constructive approach throughout the recruitment process, seeking continuous feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Promote the Cushman & Wakefield brand as an employer of choice, implementing initiatives to boost internal brand awareness and attract passive talent.
  • Leverage available technology effectively to streamline recruitment efforts.
  • Design innovative recruitment campaigns aimed at engaging top talent across the organization.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing internal communications, including HR newsletters.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proactive recruitment approach with strong communication skills, understanding the needs of various business areas.
  • Expertise in talent mapping and sourcing from diverse channels, including professional networks and job boards.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems, capable of analyzing data and presenting insights to the business.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the recruitment process from inception to completion.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the external recruitment landscape.
  • Thorough understanding of resourcing methodologies and techniques.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Experience in problem-solving across recruitment activities in a professional setting.
  • Strong team player with a flexible approach, willing to support colleagues as needed.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives and achieve results independently.
  • Creative thinker capable of transforming ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Basic understanding of employment law and HR practices.
  • Proficient in networking and relationship-building both internally and externally.
  • Competent in IT skills, including MS Office applications.
