At Stradivarius, we're on the lookout for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Leipzig. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives, develop and implement sales plans, and optimize store operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a store manager or assistant store manager in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
