Head of Sourcing Indirect Germany

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team at Negotiation Advisory Group GmbH as a Head of Sourcing Indirect Germany. As a key member of our Global Procurement Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies for assigned categories, driving the Salix and Pre-Sourcing Process, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve procurement excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category strategies for assigned categories, aligning with functional leaders on country level.
- Drive the Salix and Pre-Sourcing Process in close collaboration with local functional leaders and within Global Procurement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Functional Departments) for assigned category cluster and Procurement Operations.
- Develop and manage category plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and procurement strategies.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Extensive procurement experience, especially in assigned category cluster(s).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think and act globally, representing the interests of the Group.
- Expertise in procurement processes, including category management, sourcing, and contract management.
- Proven track record of delivering procurement excellence and driving business growth.
