Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of business requirements for the implementation of transformation projects focusing on finance, controlling, and operations or forecasting & planning.
  • Analysis and development of implementation options, including coordination with business and IT departments.
  • Process design and documentation, ideally for closing processes and target operating models.
  • Data analysis and identifying source systems and data for interface and data flow design.
  • Analysis and visualization of the effects of transformation projects on affected business areas, strategies, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Several years of insurance experience in finance, operations, or data management, or as an expert in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • Experience in Management Consulting or as Inhouse Consultant with a focus on Insurance, CFO agenda, e.g., finance and accounting, controlling, forecast & planning, or reporting.
  • Ideal project experience in the areas of IFRS 17, Solvency II, and/or Multi GAAP Accounting, forecast, and planning.
  • As "Senior", experience and track record as a project lead.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and to work in a remote/hybrid work environment.
  • Business proficiency in English. German would be an asset.
