Working Student

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our SAP CX Demo Build Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional customer experiences through high-quality content.
Responsibilities- Develop engaging content along SAP SIX Experience Journeys, focusing on quality, validation, and testing.
- Create video assets and visuals for demo assets and communications.
- Design presentations and working materials that effectively communicate complex information.
- Support the creation of scalable content that can be reused across various channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to streamline activities and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop demo documentation that is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand.
- Test demo environments and provide feedback to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Design and maintain internal collaboration channels to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences with a focus on Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Design, or Information Technology.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing tools, familiarity with Figma, and basic HTML coding are a plus but not required.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, open-minded, result-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Availability to work part-time (16-20 hours per week) for at least two semesters.
