Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Markgroenningen. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and loading production machines, changing tools as instructed, inspecting workpieces for quality and accuracy, and performing simple maintenance tasks.

• Operate and load production machines in serial production
• Change prepared tools as instructed
• Inspect workpieces using standard measuring tools for quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Perform simple maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance
• Identify and implement process improvements in production

• Completed training in metalworking is advantageous, but not required
• Practical experience in operating production machines is essential
• Ability to work in a 3-shift system
• Proficient in German written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of IT
