About the Job

PAMEC PAPP is seeking a highly skilled Controller (Financial Strategist) to join our team in Augsburg. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Design and implement financial models and tools to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
