• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of employees, including recruitment, training, and motivation.
• Operational Management: Plan and organize the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring efficient use of resources and high-quality products.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including customer consultation and retention.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of goods, including ordering and storage.
• Quality Control: Ensure that products and services meet the company's quality standards.
• Sales Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Financial Management: Manage the bakery's budget, including cost control and optimization.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the management team, other branches, and external partners.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and implement solutions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

• Customer Orientation: Strong customer service skills and sales talent.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of bakery products, preferably with a vocational qualification.
• Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Filialleitung.
• Reliability and Accuracy: High level of reliability and accuracy in work.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
