Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenden Senior UI/UX Designer, der mit seiner Expertise und Kreativität bei der Entwicklung von innovativen und benutzerfreundlichen Lösungen mitwirkt. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Konzeption, Prototypierung und Gestaltung von Apps, Websites und Design-Templates für unsere Kunden beteiligt.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Konzeption und Gestaltung von Apps, Websites und Design-Templates für unsere Kunden
  • Konzeption und Gestaltung von neuen Funktionen für unsere ePublishing Suite in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklern
  • Unterstützung bei Marketing-Kampagnen
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Präsentationen für externe und interne Projekte
  • Betreuung von Junior Designern in großen Projekten
Anforderungen und Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Medien-, Web- oder Kommunikationsdesign
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im UI/UX Design
  • Durchführung von Benutzeruntersuchungen und Tests
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite — insbesondere InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator — sowie Sketch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Prototyping-Werkzeugen wie InVision
  • Basiswissen in HTML5 und CSS
  • Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus
  • Sehr gutes Gespür für Nutzerbedürfnisse und Auge fürs Detail
  • Hohes Maß an Kreativität, Leidenschaft und Konzeptionsstärke
  • Großes Interesse an den neuesten Technologien und Design-Trends
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Hands-On Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
