Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO)
- Conducting thorough supplier assessments and leading contract negotiations
- Managing the operational procurement workflow utilizing SAP systems
- Engaging in cross-functional and regional project collaborations
- Performing regular market analysis and competitive assessments
- Driving standardization, synergy creation, and cost optimization initiatives
- Preparing detailed reports on procurement achievements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent professional training
- Proven experience in technical procurement, ideally within the MRO field
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
- Fluent in both German and English
- Strong interest in digital solutions and process improvements
- Exceptional negotiation abilities, proactive mindset, and organized work approach
