About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate (m/w/d) in our Friedberg store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Drive sales by actively promoting and selling Tchibo products, including our unique coffee blends and snacks.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including our coffee offerings and other products.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and snacks, as well as maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
