E-Commerce Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our E-Business team at Hornbach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects to optimize and develop our digital channels and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects to improve and expand our E-Business capabilities, aligning with our ICR strategy.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international departments and technology, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including teams and stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure effective communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the E-Commerce or E-Business sector.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
