We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at AMAZONE Technologie GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of production materials and shipments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the receipt of production materials and shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks using front loaders or forklifts, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Provide timely and accurate delivery of received materials to the Quality Control department or storage areas.
- Conduct thorough inventory checks and record discrepancies in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate with purchasing and other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- A completed vocational training in logistics or a related field is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Hold a valid forklift operator certification and a driver's license (at least Class AM or L).
- Proficient in the safe operation of front loaders and forklifts, with experience in operating side-loading forklifts a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, to ensure continuous production operations.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
