Job Description: Automation Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our team at OSB AG. As an Automation Technician, you will play a crucial role in the technological commissioning of our standard product portfolio, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough technological commissioning of our standard product portfolio, including comprehensive functional testing
  • Input machine parameters and make adjustments regarding functionality and processes independently
  • Identify errors in parts and assemblies, perform corrections, rework, and initiate process documentation
  • Update all necessary documentation after coordination and adhere to standards, regulations, and quality guidelines

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an Electrician with further education as a Master or Technician
  • Relevant work experience in the field
  • Proficiency in Siemens TIA programming software, ASi Safety visualization systems, and bus systems
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • Good MS-Office skills (desirable)
  • Initiative, commitment, and good English language skills
