Our efforts encompass the creation and production of high-performance cathode active materials for batteries, alongside our dedication to recycling initiatives that foster a genuine circular economy in electric vehicle battery manufacturing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a working student, you will engage in a diverse range of tasks and have the chance to contribute to our team in Ludwigshafen for a minimum of six months. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting the team in the implementation of the Battery Material Responsible Sourcing (BMRS) management system, which involves supplier questionnaires, data gathering, analysis, and documentation. You will also play a role in the ongoing development of our responsible sourcing management process.
- Participating in the maintenance, categorization, and design of presentations and training materials, while conducting research on selected topics under the guidance of the team.
- Supporting internal training initiatives and providing consultation to those involved in management processes.
- Assisting with administrative tasks for the responsible sourcing team, including meeting organization, document management, and contributing to our team knowledge management efforts.
- In the realm of battery materials, monitoring and reporting on social media, laws, regulations, and conducting ESG & sustainability-related research and articles.
- Encouraging collaboration and idea exchange with various global contacts in responsible sourcing, while developing concepts in relevant areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, law, political/social sciences, or sustainability management.
- Interest in gaining experience in global sustainability management within supply chains.
- Possessing analytical and logical thinking skills, along with an independent, structured, and reliable work ethic.
- Excellent communication abilities in both German and English; proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese, French, or Spanish is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
