Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft für unsere Finanzabteilung in Liestal. Als Senior Group Accountant werden Sie die Finanzbuchhaltung und das Rechnungswesen führen und verantwortlich sein für das Cash Management.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Finanzbuchhaltung und Rechnungswesen führen
  • Cash Management und Zahlungsverkehr überwachen
  • Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse erstellen
  • Internes Kontrollsystem (IKS) entwickeln und umsetzen
  • Konzernabschlüsse und Intercompany-Transaktionen konsolidieren
  • Aktienbuch führen und Aktionärsbindungsvertrag anpassen
  • Fusionen, Unternehmensbewertungen und Integrationen durchführen
  • ERP-System (Abacus) im Bereich Accounting & Controlling weiterentwickeln
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach lokalem Rechnungslegungsrecht
  • Experte Rechnungslegung & Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfer oder ähnlich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektgeschäft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit, zukünftige Entwicklungen interessant und anspruchsvoll mitzugestalten
