About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled EMC System and Equipment Engineer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As an EMC System and Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of our equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define system and equipment level requirements for electromagnetic compatibility
- Discuss and validate detailed test requirements and associated test plans
- Participate in EMC/Lightning/NEMP/NH qualification activities for equipment
- Monitor EMC related activities of equipment suppliers
- Evaluate supplier and test house reports
- Evaluate modifications at equipment and aircraft level with respect to EMC/Nuclear Hardening, Bonding and Lightning (direct/indirect effects)
- Support clearance activities
- Support the definition, performance, and evaluation of EMC-on-A/C test campaigns
Requirements:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering
- Experience in the military aerospace industry is preferred
- Experience in high frequency technology is preferred
- Experience in electromagnetic compatibility (EMV)
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Strong communication, networking, and team-working skills
