In the role of program coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a well-organized and efficiently executed process that yields outstanding outcomes. You possess an understanding of the energy and dynamics inherent in a professional organization and thrive in such an environment. Collaboration with colleagues across the MMID Group is essential, with a primary focus on our Essen location.

You will be engaged in the following responsibilities:

  • Balancing costs, timelines, and product quality effectively
  • Understanding customer requirements and managing the project team accordingly
  • Overseeing multiple projects concurrently in an efficient manner
  • Drafting project plans and discussing them with clients to develop tailored proposals
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients to build lasting partnerships

Your qualifications

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering from a Technical University (or equivalent)
  • Approximately three years of experience in design or engineering roles
  • Solid knowledge of design methodologies and industrial production techniques
  • A proven track record in project management
  • Preferably, a project management certification (e.g., Prince2 or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both spoken and written
