About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Owner SAP to join our team at Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP applications and providing exceptional support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd-level support for SAP applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in collaboration with the IT operations team and business stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate external service providers for maintenance and development tasks (3rd-level support).
  • Work with business stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize changes to SAP applications through structured change management processes.
  • Participate in projects for the introduction or development of new SAP applications and take on project leadership responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for SAP applications.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in SAP application management.
  • High level of independence, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken).
