Position Overview:

As an intern at Bosch Group, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of manufacturing planners and process specialists who oversee our production operations. Your primary responsibility will involve assessing and enhancing manufacturing and assembly workflows, while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives through your analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Assist in the implementation and validation of new production lines.
• Support the expansion of our product offerings.
• Gain exposure to various operational aspects, including procurement, sales, quality assurance, logistics, and product development.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Personal Attributes: Dependable, collaborative, and adaptable.
• Work Approach: Independent and proactive, with a strong analytical focus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and competent in English.
