We are in search of a Production Assistant to become an integral part of our marketing team, which leverages data-driven insights to execute effective performance marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience. Our acquisition marketing and conversion optimization efforts are conducted entirely in-house, providing you with an optimal environment for rapid professional development.

As a member of a dynamic, international, and results-oriented team, you will take charge of preparing our productions for final output. You will work on various projects for our consumer brands and Autohero across the European market. In the role of Production Assistant, you will be a versatile video professional, managing your own projects while also supporting Senior Producers, and engaging in post-production activities by collaborating with Editors and Motion Graphic Designers, as well as editing some of our video content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creative production of videos, radio spots, and television commercials for our brands across Europe.
  • Assume full responsibility for video projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Key tasks include establishing project timelines, managing budgets, coordinating crews, actors, locations, equipment, catering, and supervising post-production processes.
  • Identify and resolve issues throughout the production and post-production phases.
  • Negotiate with external vendors, including rental services, crew, talent, and location providers.
  • Guide and mentor interns and junior team members as necessary.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar positions.
  • Self-motivated individual with a solid understanding of videography, ideally holding a degree in a related discipline.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to scheduling and creative changes under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a structured approach to work, along with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Google Workplace and Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop, is advantageous.
  • Skills in video filming, photography, and editing are beneficial.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in additional European languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
