To strengthen our team in Integrated Facility Management, we are looking for a

CAD Coordinator (m/w/d) am Flughafen Frankfurt

Your Tasks:

  • Responsibility for the coordination and structuring of CAD data, building models, inventory documents, and numbering systems
  • Building IT technical interfaces to other systems, particularly to GIS systems, as well as independent execution of data and database analyses
  • Analysis, preparation, and maintenance of standardized building models and building data, as well as provision for customers
  • Optimization and updating of complex digital business processes with building models and building data
  • Strategic development of database structures and building data strategy
  • Checking data according to CAD data exchange guidelines
  • Representation and further development of graphic surfaces
  • Coordination with internal and external customers

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in civil engineering, geodata management, geoinformatics, or supply technology
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building data management and specialized knowledge of CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM), preferably Bentley Microstation, Bentley Speedikon, and Tricad-MS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GIS systems and GIS data, databases, and ETL applications (e.g. FME)
  • Structured, systematic, and process-oriented way of working, very good conceptual and analytical skills
  • Ability to implement and design changes
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • High level of independence and sense of responsibility
  • High level of assertiveness and persuasiveness, action-oriented and customer-oriented, as well as structured problem-solving skills
