About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Assistant/ess to join our team at Autohaus Sabine Hempel GmbH. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our sales and service advisors, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support our sales and service advisors in preparing vehicles for sale, conducting test drives, and finalizing sales transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales documents, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Collaborate with our service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, including scheduling appointments, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
