Your Role as a Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience at our coffee bars.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist guests in our coffee bars.
• Prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks with precision and care.
• Present our culinary offerings to customers at the counter.
• Handle food and beverage transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Care for and clean equipment and workspaces to ensure optimal performance.

Your Profile:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service. While prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial, we are also open to training motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

• Previous experience in gastronomy is an asset.
• Experience operating a portafilter machine is desirable.
• A genuine enjoyment of customer service and excellent communication skills.
• A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to quality.
• A reliable and cooperative personality with a team spirit.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.
• German language skills (minimum B1 level).

Working Hours:

Enjoy family-friendly work schedules that differ from typical hospitality hours. Shifts are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 15:30 and 08:00 - 16:30.
