We are seeking an IT Security Expert to enhance our operations. This role will require occasional on-site presence, with flexible options for remote work.

• Oversee the delivery of IT services and solutions in accordance with contractual obligations at client project sites.
• Provide independent support for security systems including firewalls, proxy servers, VPNs, and authentication mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and promote efficiency in data center functions.
• Serve as the primary contact for designated customer and infrastructure initiatives.

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of network architecture and security protocols.
• Proficiency with technologies from Fortinet, Juniper, F5 Networks, Nokia/Checkpoint, and Meinberg.
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to provide on-call support and resolve issues outside standard business hours.
• Fluency in German and a strong command of English (C1 level).
