Equipment/Inventory Management Specialist

Job Summary

IDS International is seeking a highly skilled Equipment/Inventory Management Specialist to support the Total Maintenance Contract for the Kaiserslautern Military Community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account for all GFEBS equipment inventory and monitor maintenance orders to prevent duplication of work.
  • Analyze inventory and maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize asset utilization.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of equipment inventory and maintenance records.
  • Provide regular reports to management on equipment inventory and maintenance status.
  • Perform other contractual duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Management or Business Administration, or Foreign Country Equivalent.
  • Documented five (5) years of experience in Project Management for Equipment and Inventory, including reviewing equipment lists, confirming asset numbers, and conducting property management system audits.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and SAP software environment.
  • Ability to formulate Equipment Lists and Preventive Maintenance Schedules in SAP software environment.
  • English and German language proficiency at level 4.
