Solution Manager for Enforcement Solutions
VITRONIC specializes in comprehensive traffic management solutions tailored for various applications, with a primary focus on road safety enforcement. Our productized end-to-end solutions serve as the foundation for custom projects designed to meet specific client needs.
As the Solution Manager for Enforcement Solutions, you will take global responsibility for segments of our enforcement portfolio, particularly in section speed enforcement. Your role encompasses the entire product management lifecycle, from conceptualizing and planning innovative solutions to managing their ongoing development and eventual phase-out. You will lead your solutions with a business-oriented approach, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with market demands. Additionally, you will act as the 'solution expert' across departments such as Sales, R&D, Service, and Marketing, coordinating all activities related to the solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the strategic development and positioning of enforcement solutions. Assist in defining VITRONIC's traffic enforcement portfolio strategy. Manage selected traffic enforcement solutions effectively. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform solution planning. Develop comprehensive solution strategies, business plans, and roadmaps. Engage with clients to gather insights and understand their requirements. Transform user feedback and research into actionable enhancements. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solution features. Coordinate solution launches and support sales efforts. Define service offerings related to the solutions. Oversee continuous lifecycle management of the solutions. Represent the solutions at industry conferences and trade shows.What We Seek:
Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably within the traffic technology sector. A background in both technical and economic disciplines (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) is advantageous. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and conceptual abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to align technical and business teams. Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders. A self-motivated individual with a positive approach to challenges. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
