Job Summary

As a Senior Billing Manager at MET Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all energy billing processes and systems. This includes setting up contracts, collecting and checking invoicing data, creating invoices, and ensuring data transfer to payment processes and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage energy billing processes and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Set up contracts and negotiate terms with suppliers
  • Collect and verify invoicing data, including volumes and prices
  • Create and send invoices to customers
  • Ensure seamless data transfer to payment processes and accounting systems
  • Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing-related issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or finance
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in invoicing in a German utility company with a focus on wholesale
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and tax principles
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
