Procurement Strategist

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Directors and Managers in developing procurement strategies and policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration
• Ensure cost-effective procurement processes and technologies are implemented
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, promoting a culture of innovation
• Oversee high-stake supplier negotiations, manage high-impact contracts, and identify and manage supplier risks

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 15 years of project management, management, and leadership experience in procurement roles
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams on complex projects
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
