Your Responsibilities

  • Become an integral part of one of Germany's most skilled email marketing teams.
  • In this position, you will strategize, coordinate, and execute over 700 campaigns each year for our PAYBACK partners, maximizing campaign effectiveness through rigorous testing, analysis, and optimization.
  • Additionally, you will spearhead exciting projects focused on enhancing our campaigns and processes through increased automation and personalization.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across various internal departments, as well as with our agencies and service providers.

Your Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for email marketing and CRM, complemented by relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with KPIs such as TKP and CTR, alongside a strong interest in technical aspects and the ability to quickly adapt to new marketing tools.
  • A structured approach to work, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex processes with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • A completed university degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
