Lead Accountant

Besch GmbH, a member of the Amboss Group, is a prominent player in the rental services sector, specializing in construction machinery, vehicles, and real estate solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Financial Accountant to enhance our finance team.

• Oversee the accounting processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost accounting) across various subsidiaries while collaborating with different departments.
• Manage and supervise daily accounting operations and resolve intricate accounting challenges.
• Prepare comprehensive annual and monthly financial reports along with tax documentation.
• Engage and liaise with tax advisors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate closely with the controlling team to ensure financial accuracy.

• Completed education in accounting or a related field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with DATEV software.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• A collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
