Beschreibung des Aufgabenbereichs

Als Senior Consultant Public Sector - Schwerpunkt Verteidigung bei KPMG unterstützt Du unsere Kunden und Kundinnen bei der Lösung komplexer Herausforderungen im Verteidigungsbereich. Du bist für die strategische und operative Beratung unserer Kunden verantwortlich und arbeitest eng mit unseren Teams zusammen, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Lösung von Herausforderungen im Verteidigungsbereich
  • Operative Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Strategien und Projekten
  • Arbeit mit unseren Teams, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise komplexer Projekte und Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
  • Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und Kundinnen

Dein Profil

  • Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Public Sector - Schwerpunkt Verteidigung mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium der Politik- und Verwaltungswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise bei einer Beratungsgesellschaft oder bei einem Unternehmen im Verteidigungsbereich
  • Relevante Erfahrungen in mindestens einem der Bereiche: Strategieberatung, betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung, Beschaffung, Digitalisierung, Prozessautomatisierung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen, Change Management, Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Kundenorientierung und Interesse an persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und Reisebereitschaft
