Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem
  • Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring and Bootstrap
  • Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of web applications using Java in the frontend with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, and in the backend with SOAP, REST, and Spring
  • Contribute to the development of high-availability and load-critical web applications
  • Acquire knowledge in designing the architecture of large web applications with Java and common web technologies
  • Perform the creation or re-conception, maintenance, and further development of non-functional tests (load, robustness, and scalability tests) for web applications and apps
  • Prepare and process evaluations of performance measurements and identification/analysis of optimization potential
  • Get familiar with the tech stack, including Spring-Boot, Java, CSS, HTML, JQuery, Bootstrap, SOAP, AWS, Java, Kotlin, Python, Selenium, XLT, and JMeter, Grafana, and Elastic Search/Kibana
