Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Adventure Master and Excursion Captain. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people, and has a strong desire to deliver fun and engaging activities and excursions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality activities and excursions to a group of international students
  • Work closely with other Activity Leaders and Teachers to ensure a meaningful and adventurous experience for students
  • Take an active role in the day-to-day operations of camp, including attendance checks, wake-ups, and bedtime routines
  • Lead camp-wide Evening Programs
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people in a professional capacity
  • Some German proficiency (spoken B1-B2 minimum), ability to learn activity-specific vocabulary
  • Fluency in English
  • High physical, mental, and emotional resilience
  • Experience in meaningful, professional teamwork
  • High energy level, excitement, and comfort speaking in front of large groups
What We Offer
  • A weekly summer salary between 515-540 EUR (depending on experience)
  • 5 days of pre-summer staff training on language immersion, child development, outdoor facilitation, and solution-focused, positive behavior support and conflict resolution techniques
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Full Room and Board during the entirety of the summer
  • Travel Reimbursement up to 160 EUR
