Floor Management Expert with Emphasis on Planning

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist for Floor Management with a focus on Floor Planning to join our team at Festo SE & Co. KG.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating floor management projects, including floor planning, at our Festo locations.
  • You will work closely with our internal departments to understand their requirements and ensure that our floor management projects meet their needs.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for creating layouts in Auto-CAD, preparing technical documents, and developing furniture variants.
  • You will also ensure that our floor management projects comply with company and workplace guidelines.
  • Furthermore, you will provide planning support for construction projects and coordinate with customers and relevant tradespeople to ensure successful project execution.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

About You:

  • You hold a degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field, or have equivalent experience in a related field.
  • You have relevant work experience, preferably in real estate management, facility management, or a related field.
  • You possess Auto-CAD and Revit skills, as well as experience with BIM, and are open to learning other tools like MS Project.
  • Knowledge of the ASR (Arbeitsstättenrichtlinie) is an asset.
  • You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills.
  • You have strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You possess high initiative, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • You have a strong spatial and creative thinking ability.
  • You are interested in buildings and their use, as well as organizational tasks and new challenges, and are eager to develop yourself professionally.
