Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality promotional materials for product launches and events, as well as designing print materials and advertising media that align with our corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement branding strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
  • Ensure all design work meets the company's brand standards and guidelines
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
  • Experience with Retouching and Image Editing
  • Experience in the Beauty Industry is a plus
  • UX/UI knowledge, animation, Video Editing and knowledge about AI solutions desirable but not mandatory
  • German speaking desirable but not mandatory
