About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Central Bed Management Coordinator at Rems-Murr-Kliniken.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate bed management and patient placement processes to ensure efficient use of hospital resources.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient care needs.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of patient information and bed allocation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and hospital operations.

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare professional (m/w/d) or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in bed management or a coordinating role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and hospital information systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
