In länderübergreifenden Projekten entwickeln unsere Fachleute IT-Lösungen für den globalen Einsatz bei ALDI SÜD.
Aufgabenbereich
Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen:
- Pflege der ALDI-Richtlinien und Vorlagen für das Business Continuity Management (BCM), um eine umfassende Abdeckung aller Geschäftsbereiche und Ressourcen innerhalb der Organisation sicherzustellen.
- Festlegung operativer BCM-Ziele in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Geschäftsbereichen und Ressourcen.
- Entwicklung, Überprüfung und Pflege der globalen Struktur des Business Continuity Plans (Notfallplan).
- Leitung und Förderung eines internationalen Teams.
- Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter.
- Überwachung der BCM-Leistung, einschließlich der Erstellung eines jährlichen Leistungsberichts für die Stakeholder.
Anforderungsprofil
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Festlegung operativer Ziele und der Umsetzung von BCM-Initiativen auf globaler Ebene.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Überwachung und Berichterstattung über Leistungskennzahlen im Zusammenhang mit BCM.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über rechtliche, reputationsbezogene und finanzielle Risiken sowie deren Relevanz für das BCM.
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung über verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche hinweg voranzutreiben.
- Fähigkeit zur Steuerung internationaler Multi-Stakeholder-Umgebungen sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse.
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement.
- BCM-Zertifizierung (z. B. ISO) von Vorteil.
