Your Role

As a Juice Trader, you will be responsible for understanding market and customer potential and developing sales strategies for Citrus & Tropical products.

You will consult customers and Döhler Sales Team on raw material prices and time-to-buy, implement price strategies based on current market situations, supply availability, and risk management.

You will provide pricing, coordinate offers, and conduct negotiations for F&V products, support processing plants in production planning, portfolio development, and risk management.

You will establish market intelligence input, develop and implement new F&V product and marketing concepts jointly with Product Managers and Sales Teams.

You will actively contribute to long and short decisions for relevant raw material portfolios, ensure contract management for Business Unit F&V, and further develop strategic partnerships with traders and producers of products in the responsibility area.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies for Citrus & Tropical products
  • Consult customers and Döhler Sales Team on raw material prices and time-to-buy
  • Implement price strategies based on current market situations, supply availability, and risk management
  • Provide pricing, coordinate offers, and conduct negotiations for F&V products
  • Support processing plants in production planning, portfolio development, and risk management
  • Establish market intelligence input
  • Develop and implement new F&V product and marketing concepts
  • Contribute to long and short decisions for relevant raw material portfolios
  • Ensure contract management for Business Unit F&V
  • Further develop strategic partnerships with traders and producers of products in the responsibility area

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Commodity Trading, International Trade, Business Administration, or a similar field.

Commercial abilities and interest are essential, as well as first professional experience in the relevant areas.

Teamwork abilities, organization, target orientation, good relationship abilities, enthusiasm to grow and learn, and the ability to work in an international team are also required.
