Project Director

Humres - Construction Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Project Management Office to spearhead strategic programs aimed at driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate prioritization of programs and projects aligned with the strategic agenda.
- Act as Single Point of Contact for new program, project, or initiative requests.
- Oversee progress of existing programs and projects in collaboration with dedicated project managers and executing groups.
- Lead a team of 4-6 interdisciplinary construction project professionals managing dedicated programs within the COO agenda.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles in international environments, preferably in consulting, engineering, or construction organizations.
- Experience in applying agile project management methodologies, business process management standards (BPM, BPMN), and cost- and budget planning.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in multi-project management of cross-organizational projects interfacing with multinational teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
