This role involves diverse business tasks in materials management, production, sales, and accounting as well as human resources. Negotiation skills, a confident demeanor, and enjoying interacting with people are necessary as you will frequently engage with colleagues, other departments, and external parties such as suppliers and customers. Duration of Apprenticeship

The apprenticeship typically lasts 2.5 years. Exceptional performance in vocational school and the company can shorten the training by 6 months.

Training Contents

• Teaching of commercial, business, and organizational knowledge and processes
• Insight into commercial departments such as purchasing, sales, logistics, controlling, marketing, and HR
• Handling of daily tasks and projects
• Participation in seminars, training sessions, and attending vocational school

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification with a focus on commerce
• Good to excellent grades in mathematics, German, and English
• Understanding of business principles
• Sense of responsibility
