Your Tasks After Completing the 10-Month Training

After completing the 10-month training, your tasks will include:

• Punctual transportation of our passengers in public transportation
• Responsibility for operational safety in the train
• Independent recognition and resolution of disruptions
• Clear and comprehensive passenger information
• Conducting preparation and final services

The Skills You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Completed secondary education (at least Hauptschule level)
• Minimum age of 20 years
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least B2 level)
• Good physical and mental health
• Good reaction time and color vision (no color blindness) and good hearing
• Reliability and safety awareness
• Service-oriented attitude and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Willingness to work in shift work, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• Ability and willingness to work independently for long periods
• Willingness to wear uniform
• Willingness to work in shift work and shift work
• Valid driver's license and own car
