Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Owner für unsere agile Organisationseinheit der "Building Block IT Delivery Services". Als Hauptansprechpartner für unsere internen Kunden sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Verantwortung eines abwechslungsreichen Applikations- und Prozessportfolios.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Die Einführung neuer Applikationen sowie die Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Applikationen und Automatisierungslösungen im Software-Entwicklungsprozess (SDLC) zu koordinieren.
- In Ihrer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen unseren internen Kunden und einem crossfunktionalen Scrum-Team, die Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen im Team-Backlog zu steuern.
- Als Experte bei der Erstellung von Produktvisionen und Roadmaps im Building Block IT Delivery Services zu unterstützen und wichtigen Einfluss auf die Prozesse und die auszuwählenden Werkzeuge, Tools und Infrastrukturen zu haben.
- Ein Studienabschluss in der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Banking, gerne auch mit einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufspraxis und Erfahrung in der Koordination agiler Zusammenarbeit nach SAFe.
- IT-Kenntnisse im Umfeld DevOps oder Core-Technology (Mainframe) zu besitzen.
- Hohe Strukturiertheit und Motivation, Themen voranzutreiben und sie somit zu optimieren.
- Führungs- und Projektleitungserfahrung zu haben.
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder dem Software-Test innerhalb einer kontinuierlichen DevOps-Pipeline zu haben (idealerweise in einer regulierten Enterprise-Umgebung).
