About the Role- We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and maintain all wastewater treatment facilities within our service area.
- Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems.
- Conducting repairs and optimizing mechanical processes to ensure efficient operation.
- Performing simple chemical and physical laboratory tests.
- Participating in on-call rotations.
- Working outdoors, with exposure to strong odors and hazardous materials.
- Completed vocational training as a wastewater treatment technician or equivalent qualification (e.g., machinist, land surveyor, installer).
- Desirable: experience in wastewater management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- A safe and secure work environment with over 150 years of experience.
