Sales Associate

Gnaier GmbH is a family-owned bakery with a long tradition of producing high-quality baked goods using regional ingredients. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by presenting and selling our diverse range of bakery products, snacks, and beverages. You will also assist customers with their inquiries, prepare fresh snacks and hot drinks, and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Present and sell our bakery products, snacks, and beverages effectively.
• Assist customers with their selections and answer any questions they may have.
• Prepare fresh snacks and hot drinks according to customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills in German.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs.
