About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team at DöhlerGroup. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for monitoring and steering local plants, ensuring group guidelines and standard processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze global warehouse costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Lead regular meetings with local plants and group functions to steer performance and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to minimize logistics complaints and inventory variances.
  • Design and implement new solutions to address process and system gaps.
  • Drive cost-saving activities and ensure annual cost-saving targets are achieved and exceeded.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced logistics professional with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA logistics modules, particularly SAP EWM. You should have a completed logistics, business, or supply chain management degree and at least 7-9 years of professional experience in a logistics environment.
