Als Global Insurance Expert bei Siegwerk sind Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien für das Risikomanagement von Unternehmen konzentriert. Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen und engagierten Experten, der unsere internationale Unternehmensgruppe bei der Verwaltung und Optimierung von Versicherungsverträgen unterstützt.

Unsere Herausforderungen:

  • Management des gesamten Versicherungsportfolios der Siegwerk-Unternehmensgruppe
  • Begleitung der vom Versicherungsmakler durchgeführten Tender- und Vertragsprüfungen
  • Austausch mit den verschiedenen Tochtergesellschaften des Siegwerks, dem Versicherungsmakler sowie den Versicherungsgesellschaften
  • Bearbeitung möglicher Schadensfälle
  • Ansprechpartner für die in- und ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften bei allen anfallenden Versicherungsfragen
  • Erstellung versicherungsrelevanter Richtlinien und Manuals sowie administrative Aufgaben wie Prämienallokation, Rechnungsprüfung und deren Freigabe

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Strategien für das Risikomanagement von Unternehmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Optimierung von Versicherungsverträgen
  • Kooperation mit den verschiedenen Abteilungen des Unternehmens
  • Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken
  • Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung

Ihr Profil:

  • Aufbauend auf Ihrem Abschluss als Versicherungskaufmann/-frau oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation haben Sie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in international agierenden Unternehmen gesammelt
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit, intern sowie extern alle Stakeholder erfolgreich zu managen
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen IT-Systemen zu arbeiten
