About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Material Inspector to join our team at Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG. As a Material Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing materials used in the production of gas turbines.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test materials for quality and defects
- Verify that materials meet specifications and standards
- Document inspection results and report any defects or issues
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth production processes
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in materials science or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in materials inspection or related field
- Strong knowledge of materials science and inspection techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
